Express Gifts

Express Gifts wanted to embrace blended learning for a broad range of role related training programmes. They needed a system that would enable them to deliver personalised learning paths for their staff.Although the majority of the learning is still in the build stage they have been able to roll out an essential, critical training programme to all staff just 2 months after joining Learning Pool. We are working closely with them to ensure they use Totara in the most effective way for their needs.Phase 2 will see them using the performance management tools in Totara to deliver appraisals across the organisation.
