New Look launched with Learning Pool earlier this year - after leaving another supplier - and use their LMS to deliver training to an international audience of learners in countries, such as Belgium and China.
They use many areas of the LMS to facilitate rich, engaging learning; from providing e-learning activities to managing classroom sessions and use the comprehensive data to provide reports to the organisation.
Due to the size of the organisation, dashboards are used to display appropriate information to the correct groups of users and - using the newly developed hotspot block - give them easy access to learning.
