Wheatley Group needed a partner to help facilitate ambitious plans around upskilling staff and a learning portal that could grow with the company. After a rigorous selection process, Wheatley chose Learning Pool as their partner.
To cater for wide content needs in a cost-effective way, Wheatley selected two of our off-the-shelf catalogues, Housing and Foundation Skills, to improve their team’s confidence, competence and service delivery.
The catalogues included more than 140 modules, so Wheatley could hit ground running, with content designed for people working in the housing sector and with a focus on the underpinning knowledge needed to be successful in the modern workplace.
We helped Wheatley users onboard Learning Pool’s version of Totara Learn, with options such as manual set up, bulk upload and self-registration. Wheatley loved our Audience Management tool meaning they had complete control to create dynamic groups so that they could target specific audiences, pushing learning to a user in accordance to their role, for example.
One great example was been able to easily roll out GDPR training to over 2,500 employees at the one time!
The rich functionality meant that learners could have their own dashboard, so a manager at Wheatley would have a different view from a member of the support staff. This ensured the learner experience was intuitive and highly personalised.
