Seattle’s Best Coffee course was designed for Starbucks to introduce Seattle’s Best Coffee outlets to their brand and teach them how to make, and serve, a great cup of coffee. The module consisted of an interactive history of Seattle’s Best Coffee, followed by a series of interactive videos showing the nuances of making great coffee. Learners can skip through the videos to look at each of the stages of making a cup of coffee. The pages of the course are visually led and not overwhelmed by text. They powerfully portray the Seattle’s Best Coffee brand and tone of voice.
