Onboarding Portal

To welcome new starters to their company, glh needed a universal onboarding program, which would welcome employees in a voice representative of the glh family. We introduced a line manager character to guide learners through the course, providing a familiar face and voice to speak for the company. Monika, the line manager, took learners through the history of the company, their values and behaviours, the different brands, and rewarded learners with badges. Animations and scenarios allowed learners to practice their radical hosting skills in a safe place.
