The Shouting Contact Lenses course formed part of the induction for new starters at Specsavers.
The course delivers all the information new starters need to learn about contact lenses, with an added layer of gamification to increase learner engagement.
The gamification features are tied to real world goals, making the training more realistic, and measure success against:
1. customer satisfaction
2. learner energy level
3. store performance
The activities that learners undertake, to increase their scores in these areas, require the learner to demonstrate skills they’ll need in real life. Such as advising customers and having good product knowledge.
